RIIZE Anton’s mother, actress Shim Hye Jin, gears up for her return to

Actress Shim Hye Jin, wife of musician/composer Yoon Sang and mother of RIIZE member Anton, is gearing up for her return to the Korean entertainment industry. 

The actress, who debuted as an actress in 1995, appeared in dramas such as SBS‘s ‘Model‘, ‘Partner‘, and more. In 1998, she appeared as the female lead in Yoon Sang’s “As You Did” MV. After dating for 4 years, Shim Hye Jin and Yoon Sang married in 2002. 

Immediately after their marriage, Shim Hye Jin and Yoon Sang moved to the United States. The couple has two sons, including their eldest son, RIIZE’s Anton. 

Now, preparing for her return to the Korean entertainment industry after over 20 years, Shim Hye Jin displayed her elegant beauty for a pictorial with ‘@Style‘ magazine. In her interview, the actress was asked how she felt after watching her son perform on stage as a K-Pop idol. “When I actually saw him, I thought, ‘Is that really my son?’. It felt more like I was watching a real K-Pop idol, and it felt strange,” Shim Hye Jin recalled. 

On her plans to resume activities, the actress shared, “If there is anything I can do, I’d be glad to give it a try.”
