The upcoming month of Sawan is considered special for Shiva devotees as it will start on Monday with the occurrence of Savarth Siddhi Yoga. Sawan is considered to be the favourite month of Lord Shiva. Astrologer Pandit Pankaj Pathak told Local 18 that this time the constellations are making many coincidences, so the upcoming Sawan is considered special. It is believed that this rare occurrence will take place after 72 years. Pandit Pankaj Pathak claims that if Shiva devotees worship Lord Shiva with proper rituals during this month, then all their wishes will be fulfilled.
According to the Vedic calendar, four auspicious coincidences are being formed in the month of Savan this time. Savan is starting on July 22. This time the month of Savan is also starting on Monday. There will be five Mondays in the upcoming Savan, which means that devotees of Lord Shiva will be able to worship him for a full 29 days. Savan is starting from 5:40 am on July 22 in Siddhi Yoga. It will conclude on Monday, August 19. Along with this, the support of Preeti Yoga and Ayushman Yoga is also being formed on Monday.
How To Worship Lord Shiva
In Sawan, Hindu devotees worship Lord Shiva according to the rituals to please him. To worship Lord Shiva, wake up in the morning in Brahma Muhurta. After this, bathe in a holy river or mix water from the holy river at your home. Try to wear clean clothes on this day after bathing. You can also keep a fast on this day.

Next, fill a vessel with holy water in your hand and take a pledge to keep the fast by putting flowers and Akshat in it. Anoint Lord Shiva with Gangajal, milk, curd, honey, ghee and perfume. After this, offer sandalwood along with incense, Belpatra, Bhang, Akshat, Dhatura, lamp, fruits, flowers, sweets etc. to Lord Shiva.
It will be followed by lighting a lamp of pure cow ghee in the temple of the house. Perform the Aarti of Lord Shiva. Astrologer Pandit Pankaj Pathak claims that the person will get the desired result by worshipping Lord Shiva in this way.
